TERMS & CONDITIONS
. 45 days or More from the date of departure day - INR 7500 and Visa Charges . 44 days or Less but more than 21 Days - 25% + Normal ticket cancellation charges and Visa Charges . 21 Days or Less but more than 10 days - 50% of the total package cost . 10 days or Less but more than 05 days - 75% of the package cost . Less than 05 days - No Refund
No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard back to India. We use the FOCs for the group members traveling with the Groups only to make our Packages Economical and affordable for our Clients (the reduction for FOCs are inbuilt in your Package Cost)
We reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. The Meals are preset and Choice of menu is not available
Generally one suitcase not exceeding 20 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension (L+B+H)is allowed as Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class.

Booking Advance – INR 40,000/- per person at the time of booking along with Original Passport or Passport Photocopies
02nd Installment – INR 40000/ Per person 30-25 days before the departure date along with all the required documents for the Visas, Visa forms and Passport Sized Photograph
Balance Payment: to be received at the time of delivery of documents in form of Pay Order or demand draft favoring D.Paul's Consumer Benefit Ltd. Local Cheques must be delivered us at least 07 working days prior to the delivery date. Documents Required for Australian Visa with the Visa Forms Duly filled and Signed by the applicants
1. Original Passport valid for at least 06 Months
2. Last 3 Years Income tax return with Computation of Income of principal applicant & Sponsor (if any)
3. Last 01 year's (12 months) Personal Bank Statement of principal applicant (Attested from the Bank) & & Sponsor (if any)
4. Last 06 Months salary slip of principal applicant / Proof of business and Company’s Profile – MOA or Partnership Deed + Company’s Registration Certificate or Sales Taxes / Service Tax / TIN registration
5. Balance Sheet of the Last Year duly audited by the CA of the Company – (For Businessman / Self Employed Applicant)
6. Leave Certificate from the employer of principal applicant / last 06 months Bank statement of the company.
7. any other document proving your financial standing(i.e. bonds, FDs, property paper etc)
8. 04 Passport size Photographs of white background and Matt Finish of each

10. Xerox Copy of ID Card and School Calendar or Leave Certificate from the school / Institute (for Students)
11. Sponsor’s ID (Copy of Passport’s First and Last Page) or any other ID card issue by Govt. containing holder’s Signature & Photograph ie Copy of PAN Card or Driving License
12. One Covering letter stating purpose of visit and authorizing us to submit and collect their document on their behalf (format attached).
13. Marriage Card & 04 Photographs of engagement. (For Honeymooners and the couple whose names are not endorsed on the spouse’s passport )
14. Invitation if any (through Fax or Courier – envelope should be attached)
15. Inviter’s ID (Copy of Passport’s First, Last and Visa Page) or any other ID card issue by Govt. containing holder’s Signature & Photograph ie Copy of National ID Card or Driving License of respective country
